Group sessions are more than classes,  they’re shared rituals of presence, support, and connection. Whether online or in person, each gathering is designed to welcome you exactly as you are, while gently guiding the group toward a deeper state of embodiment and inner clarity.

Expect mindful movement, breath awareness, and intentional stillness, always adapted to the group’s energy.

 

What it can look like:

  • Online classes to start or end your week with intention.
  • In-studio sessions focused on grounding, mobility, or emotional release
  • Community circles with journaling, meditation, and movement for connection
  • Themed classes tied to nature’s rhythms: full moon, equinox, seasonal reset
  • Special sessions around stress release, feminine energy, nervous system support, or simply moving with presence
